House for Sale

Well, it is official... We put our house up for sale this past weekend. It's really with mixed feelings as we love our house and location and have so many wonderful memories created here over the past 7 years. But we are also very excited to build, and having something a little bigger since the family is expanding.

The big question though... Can Tim and Jaime's marriage survive moving out of one house, building another house, and adding a new child to the family? It's been a test so far, and that was just getting the house ready to sell! ;-) It's a good thing that God has blessed our marriage with strength and understanding.

Let me introduce you...

Well... It's official. In a moment of insanity, Jaime and I decided to once again enter into the world of diapers, baby food, and late night/early morning feedings.

I'm pleased to introduce you to Peanut. Attached is his/her 12 week photos. Like his/her dad, Peanut kicked back with hands behind the head just chillin out.

All kidding aside, we are very excited and look forward to enjoying the process all over again.

Phillip Fishell

As many of you know, Jaime's dad passed away November 12, 2009 after a corageous battle with Cancer. It was a tough loss felt by many people whom Phil's path has crossed over the years. He was a great man who will be missed each and every day. It's hard to really put into words really, the pain is still to close to the heart.

Holding Daddy's Hand
By Sharon Froese

Walking down the winding path
I hold tight to Daddy's hand
His firm but gentle grip makes me
Feel safe like nothing else can
I don't know where we are going
But my Daddy knows the way
He leads us down the path that's right
And will not let us stray
I hold on to his hand tightly
I know he won't let me fall
For my Daddy is the biggest and the strongest of them all
I don't ever have to worry
When I hold his hand in mine
Because I know he will protect
And love me for all time

I picked this poem because I held my Daddy's hand a lot going to doctor/Chemo/radiation. I know it probably looked silly having a 30 yr old holding her Daddy's hand but I never thought that, and Dad loved me so to hold mine. I also was holding his hand when he took his last breath, as I weeped in pain for the loss of the fist man I loved. I know now that Daddy will be there, waiting to hold my hand again and show me the way home. Love you Daddy - O!
